Welcome to our newly updated condo, designed by Pomodoro Architects, which combines a clean-lines aesthetic with warm wood tones for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Located on the third floor with elevator access, our remodeled unit features a new entry area with a bench for shoe and boot storage. The family room boasts a 65" OLED TV, sound system, a new ceiling fan, and a new fireplace with ambient lighting for cozy relaxation with a lake view. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, including a wine cooler/beverage center combo and all the utensils you need for cooking. The bedrooms have new carpet, individually zoned heat controls, and quiet liquid-filled baseboard heaters for peaceful nights. Bedroom 2 also has a work desk, 32" monitor, and Ethernet port for remote work. The bathroom has high-end shower/tub controls, radiant floor heating, and Panasonic Whisper Quiet Ventilation for ultimate comfort. Our condo has High Speed WiFi throughout and a laundry closet with a new large-capacity washer/dryer. We also have a ski/snowboard rack on the entry deck. Please leave all skis, poles, snowboards, and bikes on the deck or in/on your vehicle. Please do not bring any of the gear inside the condo. We can give you the access code to the locks, or feel free to bring your own.

For skiing/snowboarding, we encourage you to check the latest mountain conditions and lift status updates. Do an internet browser search for "Heavenly Ski Resort status". From there you can subscribe for text and X updates. Hopefully this year is as great as last year!

Please note our home is on the Nevada side with access to Boulder Chair and Stagecoach Chair. We have no control of the mountain conditions and lift status nor when Heavenly decides to open or close the chairs for the season.

*The Tahoe Village Community Club House, Hot Tub and Pool are currently being rebuilt and are scheduled to open May 31st, 2026, weather and conditions permitting. We have no control over this and will post updates as we received them.

The Summer Pool and Hot Tub hours are 10am to 9pm.

The Fall/Winter/Spring Hot Tub hours are 10am to 8pm.

Dear guests,

Douglas County has made it extremely difficult to qualify for and maintain Vacation Home Rental (VHR) permits. For this reason, we kindly ask you to please, please, please abide by the County Requirements and our House Rules. Please make it easy for us to give you a 5-Star review and do not be the reason we lose our permit and the ability to continue sharing our wonderful place with you. We put a lot of love remodeling this beautiful retreat for ourselves, family, friends and guests like you to enjoy. We hope to continue sharing this for many years to come. We thank you in advance for helping us take care of our Skigri-La. :)

Please note we are limiting this short-term rental to 5 occupants max (1 to 4 adults in combination with 1 to 4 under 18 years old totaling 5 max) (permit #DSTR0890P allows a max occupancy of 8). The number of guests should be preregistered with the reservation. There is an extra charge of $25 per night per guest beyond two, limited to 5 guests total. We are allowed 2 parking stalls and encourage guests to carpool. Vehicle owners should fill out and display the provided free parking permit on the driver's side dashboard (failure to do so may result in a $500 citation to vehicle owner). All guest vehicle license plate numbers should be provided to the owners. The minimum age of the renter is 25 years old. A valid driver's license should be uploaded to us to verify age. During snowfalls, vehicle owners should move their vehicle once a day to allow for snow removal. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. We want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines.

Guest access
Although this is a two story unit, we are only renting the lower level which includes 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Laundry Closet, Kitchen, Dining Room and Family room (The entire first floor).

The second floor is not included and will be locked off as owner's property. Please do not enter or store anything in this area. Previous guests that ignored this request damaged the stair case with snow gear and suitcases. We thank you for your cooperation.

We do not plan on needing access to the locked off portion of the unit during your stay, leaving you to enjoy the place in private. In the rare event we need something from the unit, we will coordinate the best day and time that works for you.

Other things to note
1. Pets are not allowed. Our child suffers from pet related allergies and needs to be medicated when exposed. We appreciate your understanding.

2. This is a no-smoking/no-vaping rental. We have installed smoke monitoring devices to ensure compliance. Please help us keep our place as a smoke-free environment for our family, friends and guests.

If you must smoke, please do so at the parking lot away from the building. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, especially during fire season. Please bring your own jar/container filled with water and place used butts there and dispose of it in the trash when finished.

3. Although we have snow removal service, if you exit the unit before the service arrives, please broom/shovel your path. Avoid stepping on snow on the decks as this creates compacted icy spots that are hard to remove. Please keep snow away from the elevator doors and avoid tracking snow into the elevator to prevent elevator malfunctions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
