Every detail in this 1890 flat has been thought out for your boutique stay experience. From the antiqued wall of mirrors to the vintage art and cozy bedrooms, you'll feel like you're traveling through Europe in this serene oasis. The space
It's all about the details in this stylish, boutique style flat. Sip your coffee from the front porch or relax in the back yard under the shaded pergola (shared with the upper unit, also an airbnb, with separate entrances). This is a perfect stay for the digital nomad, couples or close friends. Built in 1890, this stylish flat is on a quiet street with free and easy parking. Steps to breweries, bars, restaurants and shops located on Brady St. Only 1 mile to Fiserv Forum and 1 mile to Lake Michigan!

The bedrooms are small, cozy and comfortable, one with a king size, memory foam mattress and the other bedroom is nestled into a cove with a queen size, memory foam mattress. Need space to work from home? There is high speed WiFi throughout the house along with a desk in one of the bedrooms or use the dining table in the main area. Streaming services on the flat panel TV includes Netflix, HBOmax and YouTube TV.

The newly refreshed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make any meal.

This flat is not childproofed (no wall secured furniture or covered outlets) and there is a wall of antiqued mirrors. There is a short exterior flight of stairs to the unit (12 steps). This is the first floor unit of a duplex and the upper unit is a rental as well, with separate entrances.
