Bright sunny room, Sm closet, Sm dresser, A day bed that has a trundle,can be a King or 2 twins. sheets & pillows . a fan.* Kitchen privileges/refrigerator is always stocked with water

My 3 bedroom house has only 1 bathroom . But I will make sure you have space to put your things. You will have your own room with a empty closet & hangers for your convenience & a small dresser. You have access to the entire house except my room. My rates are a bit high that way I can supply breakfast foods, snacks & water if needed... ( I also give you a complementary joint when you arrive....) I do have a great backyard to relax in * Complete with a BBQ'r

Neighborhood highlights

Skateboard park across the street. Also on Sundays there's a Farmers Market right across the street. The Armory as well. I live in the middle of a huge park. 101 hwy & 405 hwy within a mile away too.
