Welcome to La Casa Rosa where you’ll experience Palm Springs living at its best and decompress into full vacation mode as soon as you step inside.
The huge open concept living area, has a Samsung Art TV, large gas fireplace, multiple seating areas, dining & bar area, jumbo quartz island, stainless steel appliances including a Fisher & Paykel 6 burner stove. Right off the kitchen is a powder room with the home’s original mid-century 1950s Ming green sink.
Stepping outside the wall of glass from the living area, you’ll discover a patio area with lounge seating – club chairs, loveseat, and sun loungers with Sunbrella cushions, a fire pit for those cool desert nights, outdoor dining table and a Weber gas grill. All surrounding the large, sparkling saltwater pool (heat optional) with in-built spa (heat included).

The oversized primary suite features a luxuriously soft, hotel quality king-size bed. Its own private ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and huge shower, as well as a beautiful outdoor shower. The bedroom has a smart tv and a desk with comfortable work chair. There is a lounge area on the patio outside with direct access to the backyard, pool & spa and mountain view. Bedroom 2
The generously sized bedroom is located down the hall from the primary bedroom providing ample privacy and great separation from the primary bedroom. This large room provides two full beds, large closet & dresser, a smart tv and a desk with comfortable work chair, mountain views and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom located on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms grants the utmost privacy, a luxury hotel-quality king-size bed, ample closet space w/ dresser, ensuite bathroom and its own separate AC/heating unit. This bedroom also has a smart tv and a desk with comfortable work chair.

**Please note that this home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed. The owner has cameras at the front of the property and will know if pets are brought on to the property and anyone bringing pets on to the property will be required to remove them immediately. No refunds can be given for lost rentals for those that bring pets in against this rule.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.
Guests have access to the garage. There is an EV charger in the garage. The charger does not work for Tesla vehicles. EV charging is available to guests.
Other things to note
**During summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.
A Few Things to Note:
The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.
This is a no pets/no smoking rental.
We can only accept reservations from those with 5 star feedback from Airbnb hosts.
Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however, we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present a copy of your ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
