This charming townhouse property was recently renovated in 2022, it boasts bright open spaces and a large terrace. It is situated in the historic urban conservation area in the very centre of Rabat , with awarded restaurants, coffee shops , supermarkets and bus routes within walking distance. The beautifully renowned Golden Bay is only 15 minutes drive away. Also within easy walking distance are many historic locations: such as St Pauls Catacombs, Mdina (the silent city), and the Dingli Cliiffs.

The space
The old townhouse comprises of two separate double bedrooms each with their own private balcony and ensuite bathroom. A separate Lounge room with Sofa bed. Wifi is high speed fiber throughout property. There is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the beautiful furnished roof terrace and outside bathroom. The upper terrace boasts dual aspect views of the old town and countryside at the rear. includes a x4 stove and Air-conditioning throughout property.
Upon entry of the property is a flight of marble stairs to reach the lounge and bedrooms. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the kitchen, living area and roof terrace. Our place is not suitable for young children due to the spiral stairs.
