Our house is not a hotel, motel or an inn. It is our home and we live here. Our townhouse offers a comfy ground-level room with all the essentials, accessible through the front door. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming space that'll make you feel right at home.
Guest access
You'll have free rein of the first floor, except for the doors that are off-limits—basement and garage, aka our storage zones. Arriving late? No problem! It's a self check-in, so you can sneak in like a ninja. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll leave the light on for you!

We're here when you need us, but won't hover! Whether you prefer friendly chats or flying solo, we're around for check-in, check-out, and any questions you might have. Just send us a message, and we'll be happy to help!

PARKING:
Let us know in advance if you need a parking spot, and we've got two delightful options for you:
Convenient Option: Free visitor parking in the neighborhood. Just give us your license plate number, and we'll register it for your stay. Come and go as you please without a hitch!
Inconvenient Option: You can park in the driveway if you're up for a game of "musical cars." The garage and driveway are in a straight line, with my car in the garage. If you choose this adventure, be ready to move your car if I need to head out. It's a bit of a dance, but hey, it's an option!
CHECK-IN:
Early check-in might be available. Just ask, and we'll see what we can do to get you settled in early!
SHOES:
Just to make it clear, outside shoes are strictly banned beyond the foyer—our floors are shoe-free zones! Please park your kicks in the designated shoe area when you enter. If you have fancy indoor footwear, go ahead and flaunt it!
TEMPERATURE:
Our AC is set to "No Arctic Zone" mode—22 degrees is as low as it goes. Stay comfy, but not frozen!

It’s the perfect blend of peacefulness and convenience—close to all the essentials and surrounded by beautiful nature trails. Our place is a great base for exploring Hamilton's scenic spots. Plus, we're near the Red Hill Valley Parkway, making it a breeze to hop on the highway to Toronto or Niagara Falls. It’s the best of both worlds: tranquility and easy access to adventure!
