This apartment is all about Location, next to the National Coach Museum and the Portuguese President Official Residence.
Belém is a premium location where Lisbon major monuments are located. All are walking distance, as well as the river facing the apartment.
Although the building is old as most in the area but we did our best upgrading it.
If you are looking for a budget option in one of the best areas in Town, you have found it.
Public transportation is by the door, both buses and the 15 Tram
The space
Fully furnished apartment (35m2). Small inside bedroom with double bed (140cm), modern kitchen fully equipped (see amenities list), comfortable living room with sofa, TV, fast wifi internet, table and chairs. There is also a small balcony facing the main street with river view.
Towels and bedsheets are provided.
The apartment is located on the second floor. In order to reach it you'll need to climb 2 sets of steep stairs.
Guest access
The entire apartment is at your disposal.

Late check in's (after 20H) have an extra charge of 20€

To get to the city center, tram 15 stops in front of the apartment and will lead you to Praça da Figueira in a few minutes. There are also 3 buses going from the street to the center and other areas in town. bus #714 bus #727 bus#751.
Many of the best restaurants are in the vicinity but if you are looking for the traditional type then just go out the door and you'll find 2 very good typical portuguese restaurants.
Monuments, museums and other famous landmarks are in the area, walking distance from the apartment.
If you are the type of person that enjoys the outdoor live, go for a walk, run or bicycle ride along the river facing the apartment.
One of the most famous nightlife areas in town is LX FACTORY and you will find it about 20 minutes walking distance or along the 15 tram line.
Small groceries and supermarkets in the street but largers supermarkets are reachable easily as well.
