This spacious and cozy lake front house provides an “anchor” for you to enjoy the a peaceful and quiet setting on Swan Lake. Sit by the fire, take a swim, cast a line for fishing, or just simply relax.

Sunset Cove is centrally located to many nearby Coastal Towns and Parks (all within 1 hour drive) - Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and more. Belfast is within a 10 min Drive.

The space
Please note: Bedroom 3, with 4 Single Beds, is not heated during the Winter/Colder Months. Since this bedroom is on the second floor, some heat should rise up to to this room. However, it could be very chilly.

Other things to note
2 Adult Kayaks, and 1 Child Kayak provided. Various size’s of jackets provided as well. There are also 2 Paddle-boards that can be used by guests :)

Note: Lakes attract all kinds of bugs, spiders, and mosquitos. We do our very best to keep out and clean out all these little critters. However, since this house is right on the Lake, please know there may be times bugs, spiders, and mosquitos may be found around the outside or inside of the house.

1-Mini Split AC/Heating Unit on main floor, and 1-Window Unit on 2nd floor.

Longer than 27 night rentals are welcome, however a long term rental Contract will need to be signed

Early check in or late check out requests may be accommodated with a $100 additional fee or more.
