Beautiful cottage on Sylvanus Estate Vineyard, located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, on 25 acres with gorgeous views of the foothills of the Coast Range.

Only 10 min from Carlton and 20 min from McMinnville, where you will find tasting rooms, cute shops and fantastic dining options.

The space
Beautiful cottage with rustic charm. We have anticipated your every need! Our guests enjoy using the well-appointed kitchen and gas grill, as well as lovely tableware, linens and wine glasses. Your hardest decision will be deciding which of the many beautiful settings to enjoy your dinner for six: inside at the charming dining room table, or al-fresco on the patio adjacent to the vineyard. Have a luncheon picnic by the pond or under the black walnut trees, or take a nap on the daybed on the western lawn. Enjoy outdoor games such as croquet and badminton. In the evening, settle in with a glass of wine by the wood-burning fireplace in the den or around the gas fire pit outside, where you can listen to the frogs in our pond.

Beautiful vineyard stay in Oregon's wine country. The house is located on Sylvanus Estate Vineyard, which sits at the western edge of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The property overlooks a quiet valley and the foothills of the Coast Range.

Fantastic dining and tasting room options in nearby Carlton and McMinnville, ranging from casual to fine dining.

Many of our guests mention how much they love the scenic drive to our cottage, just over an hour from Portland. Depending which route you choose, you'll see rolling hills of bountiful orchards, fields of sheep, horses, and cattle. The lack of billboards and traffic lights will transport you into a peaceful world away!

The vineyard is down about a mile of unpaved gravel road. This is a rural area, home to other vineyards, working farms, and forestry properties.
