A luxurious open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and dish washer) leads onto a spectacular large patio, with outdoor dining area, bar table and seating area with indescribable views of the ocean and mountains. Two lovely bedrooms, both with queen size beds, lead onto an enclosed private balcony with stunning views to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, with shower and the second bedroom has a sperate bathroom with bath and shower. This is your home away from home.

Other things to note
CLEANING - As this is a long stay, the cleaning of the apartment will take place weekly. The cleaning will involve changing linen and towels, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and windows. Washing and ironing of your clothing can be arrange at an extra fee. This weekly cleaning is compulsory to ensure the apartment remains in tip top condition and the linen maintained for future guests.

PARKING - The apartment comes with one locked garage, at no extra cost. Please register your vehicle on arrival with the Building Manager. Failure to register your vehicle may result in your vehicle being clamped and a R1,000.00 charge to release the vehicle. There is limited communal parking, available on a first come first serve bases, and if there is no designated communal parking you will need to park your vehicle outside. An extra vehicle fee will be charged at R150.00 per night, whether the complex parking is used or not. No more than two vehicles, in total, allowed. Day guests may not park their vehicles in the complex and must leave their vehicles outside.

CHILDREN - No children under the age of 12 please, for safety reasons, as the apartment is on the top floor.
