1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. We have 3 outdoor spaces and a bbq area. Our covered deck is 18' long and has a picnic table and other seating and the front porch has a nice swing

The space
We are steps away from Hawks Nest State Park, short drive to Babcock State Park, close to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, several very popular restaurants. There is a full size futon available in the sitting/office room. White water rafting, rock climbing, Adventures on the Gorge and ACE resorts. There is riding stables, ATV trails, great scenic motorcycle routes and waterfalls nearby. We are pet friendly with fully fenced large back yard with firepit.

Other things to note
We have a boot cleaner on the back deck, and a water hose on the side of the house for washing off trail mud or washing out coolers. Hawks Nest State Park has 2 Tesla chargers and 2 regular EV chargers that are open to the public. The backyard is fully fenced. We are pet friendly! Firewood is sold multiple places in town.
