Our "Mill Pond" apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Apalachicola! Situated in one of the most unique & stunning buildings (115 years old!!) w/ beautiful exposed brick! Features include a King BR, 2 Twin Cots, efficiency kitchen-Keurig, Microwave, Toaster-wifi, downtown views, spacious floor-plan, walk-in shower w/ lots to do outside your doorstep!

Loft-like configuration on 2nd floor (must walk up stairs) with High Ceilings, hardwood floors, Efficiency Kitchen, King Bed, Water & Downtown views, lots of natural light, large flat screen tv, leather couch, kitchen table.
