Welcome to the historic Emily Filer Home, a beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bath residence originally built in 1880 and thoughtfully updated for modern comfort. Perfectly located just blocks from downtown Ludington and the shores of Lake Michigan, this home offers the ideal blend of historic character and walkable convenience.

The space
After a full day of exploring, return home to prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, or fire up the gas grill on the deck. As evening sets in, unwind on the patio with your favorite drink and gather around the fire pit for relaxed conversation.

Take an easy walk to Red Rooster Coffee for your morning brew, or head to Blu Moon on James Street for a local favorite—yes, the famous Lobster Nachos. Continue your adventure along the Ludington Marina walking paths and Waterfront Park, a favorite spot for kids.
