Our spacious and comfortable LEED Platinum studio is a haven in the heart of Montreal. It is blocks away from some of the coolest spots in the city, and at the corner of Mt-Royal park. Foodies have months of discoveries in the immediate vicinity.

Interaction with Guests
We live in the unit just above, so we are just a doorknock away!
Mile-End is definitely a hotspot in Montreal. Everything and anything is available on foot. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries (croissants, baguettes, bagels), groceries, nightlife, galleries.. The Mont-Royal is less than a block away, so strolls or x-country skiing in the forest can be a daily routine. Street festivals and the big festivals are always taking place close by.
Cars aren't exactly compatible with city living, so they are best left at the parking spot provided. The 80 bus can get downtown in 10 minutes and goes by at least every 10 (website hidden)-Royal metro is a 20 minute walk down lively Mt-Royal ave. Bixi bikes are bountiful in the vicinity, and are a very pleasant and affordable way to get around.
Other Things to Note
If you are looking for the neighbourhood that's happening in Montreal, this is it !
Strictly non-smoking, and we ask that guests take their shoes off at the entrance in order to ensure cleanliness and better air quality in the studio.
We had a lovely stay at the eco studio over a bitterly cold weekend in February during our first visit to Montreal. The space was bright and cozy and suited our needs perfectly. We didn't end up using the fireplace as it wasn't totally intuitive how to get it started, but Sophie was a friendly and welcoming host, so it is our fault for not asking. We loved the neighborhood as well -- it was great to come back to after spending a day in the more touristy Old Montreal. The dining options were great. Kaza Maza immediately next door has excellent Syrian food and ambiance. And cross country skiing through Mont Royal park, located just across the street, was a great way to spend a winter day in the city. We would definitely stay here again!
I really enjoyed staying here! In a great part of Montreal (Mile End), lots of light, felt very much like home. The kitchen is very fully equipped, which is fantastic. There's even a sound system which you can use to play your own music. Hosts were helpful, checking in and out was very smooth.
Super roomy, modern, and clean studio. The heat was on when we walked in, the shower was hot, the bed is comfortable and there was more than enough gear in the kitchen that we could have made this our permanent residence. The parking in the back was a huge bonus as the street parking is difficult to find, if not paying.
Emmanuel and Sophie were very nice to check us in later than usual as our roadtrip was delayed a few hours. Note for those sensitive to noise: there is a bit of noise as the road is busy. It didn't bother us but should be noted for light sleepers.
We had a great time staying here studio last week for 2 nights. The apartment was beautiful, clean, warm, and in a great neighborhood. We had amazing vegan/vegetarian food at Aux Vivres and Lola Rose, both of which were super close by. And having a parking spot was amazing! We definitely hope to return!
We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel and Sophie's studio. The studio was spacious and cozy and the perfect home base for exploring Montreal. Location is great - close to the park and within walking distance of many great restaurants - highly recommend Damas and Lola Rosa. Emmanuel and Sophie were friendly and hospitable. The fireplace was a nice touch...would definitely stay again.
We absolutely loved our stay here. Our only regret was that it was just for one night. This is a lovely, clean, bright cozy studio in an awesome, walkable neighborhood. We loved being so close to the park, which was bustling with activity (sledding, skiing, ultimate snow frisbee, and more). Having a dedicated parking spot in back of the apartment was a huge plus. Our interactions
The apartment was great! Really well located, and Sophie was really friendly.
The place is clean and luminous and quite big for a studio.
