The Creamery at Keating Farm in Cowichan has a modern farmhouse design with a dairy inspired aesthetic. Cozy up beside our wood burning fireplace to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee or slip out to the private patio and unwind to the orchard views. The quaint cabin is furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, wood fireplace, kitchenette, full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The Creamery Cabin is the perfect place to relax and spend some quality time with a loved one or a solo getaway.

The space
Located in Cowichan Valley, British Columbia, our farm spans 27 acres and focuses on sustainable agriculture including maintaining heritage orchards. It’s home to a variety of animals, including honey bees, chickens, turkeys, sheep, and pigs. The farm features historic buildings, newly restored to their original beauty.

The Creamery is a cozy studio suite that is furnished with everything that you need to have a comfortable and memorable stay. The suite has a kitchenette for cooking and there is a BBQ available upon request. Please note that the claw foot tub is a standard size and not a soaker tub.

We offer and encourage farm tours during your stay. We love to share the history of our property and get some time to share with our guests!

Our farm is one of the oldest and most unique farms in British Columbia. The farm is our home and home to our honey bees, chickens, turkeys, sheep, pigs, heritage orchards and award winning historical buildings. We are a small family farm dedicated to providing exceptional food to our community. In addition to farming, we also host weddings and events, and offer overnight accommodations in our beautifully restored agricultural buildings. Our farm has been a gathering place for nearly 130 years and we are honoured to carry on the tradition. We lovingly restored every aspect of the farm, bringing it back to life, creating the ideal retreat for you to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life. Our farm is located in the Glenora area of Cowichan Valley and is adjacent to the quiet residential neighbourhood of Eagle Heights. We offer three suites on site: the Loft, the Granary, and the Creamery. All three suites are available on Airbnb.

Our suites are well suited for guests who enjoy being close to nature and want to immerse themselves in the sites and smells of farm life. The property is central to numerous activities such as hiking, bike trails, kayaking, fishing and swimming in the nearby Cowichan River. Downtown Duncan is less than 10 minutes away and there are several options to get around in town.
