Located on the second and top floor of the "Suites le Valline" complex, the Piazzale Michelangelo loft is part of the villa and offers a unique style in an ideal location to explore Tuscany, a 15-minute drive from Florence and San Casciano! Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation on the beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking Florence, or cool off in the bio pool among the olive trees...and remember that all the vegetables in the Valline garden are at your disposal!

The space
The Piazzale Michelangelo loft is part of "Suites le Valline" and is located in a recently renovated early 1900s villa. Chiara and Andrea live in the villa with their son. This magnificent portion of the 70-square-meter villa, which in the past housed a painter's studio, has been finely renovated and furnished with eclectic and refined taste, resulting in a large room with an equipped kitchen, fireplace, double bedroom with an elegant bathtub in the room and a large bathroom. The wonderful windows overlooking the garden and the habitable terrace overlooking Florence are the setting. In the evening, the city lights will be an excellent accompaniment to your outdoor dinners.
In the case of 4 guests, the sofa in the living room can easily be transformed into a comfortable bed (15 cm mattress) and the light from the windows can be screened thanks to the curtains in both the living room and the bedroom.

Guest access
Guests can take advantage of the outdoor parking and common gardens. The resin bio pool is fenced and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a hot outdoor shower. It is heated in the spring and fall months (maximum depth 1.50 m). The laundry is easily accessible and available to all property guests.

Other things to note
From June 1, 2026, the municipal tourist tax (€3 per person, for those over 12 years of age, for the first 5 days of the stay) will be collected upon arrival.

We have made available to our guests a small garden with seasonal vegetables that can be harvested in total autonomy.

The pool can be heated from mid-May to mid-October (if weather conditions are favorable!).

YOU MUST HAVE A PRIVATE CAR to reach the building and get around. We have a bus stop near the house, but it runs a few times and only at certain times of the day.
