Enjoy the peaceful rural setting only 5 minutes to downtown Marble Falls. Located at the junction of Hamilton Creek and the Colorado river and blissfully nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy your morning coffee with nature views and abundant wildlife. We often see Great Egrets, Herons, Deer, Fox, Hawks, Eagles, and yes (be careful) Hogs. Enjoy stargazing from the hot tub or just sleep on the lounger.

Other things to note
Although the property is adjacent to water there is no safe access to the creek.
