Villa Curuba! This beautiful villa is located in the tranquil & quiet and secure residential complex 300 meters from the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas . . . Playa Ballenas.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths between 2 levels totaling over 1000 sqft. The living area flows nicely to the kitchen and patio. Enjoy the outdoor shower, garden, and propane grill.

Curuba is private & peaceful with nice gardens and a common pool 20 meters from the house. There is parking inside the complex.

The space
Curuba is a comfortable home. There are AC units in both bedrooms and on the patio. Too much aire? There are ceiling fans throughout and above the patio as well. The gourmet kitchen is newly renovates and nicely appointed with cooking and serving pieces. There is a propane grill on the lawn to enjoy your freshly caught fish or whatever you desire!
