The Giardino di Boboli apartment is a lovely two-room apartment in a villa that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in the "Suites le Valline" complex managed by Chiara and her family who live in the villa.
It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed (15 cm mattress), a double bedroom overlooking the private garden, a bathroom with a large shower, A/C, and a television. Use of the beautiful bio pool and use of the products of the garden is included.
15 minutes from Florence and San Casciano.

The space
"Giardino di Boboli" takes its name from the lovely panoramic private garden enriched with flowers and plants.
It is a reserved portion of the villa consisting of a living room and kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a French window to the garden.

Guest access
Guests can take advantage of the outdoor parking and common gardens. The resin bio pool is fenced and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot outdoor shower. It is heated in the spring and fall months, depending on the weather and outdoor temperatures. The laundry is easily accessible and available to all property guests.
A PRIVATE CAR IS REQUIRED to reach the building and get around. We have a bus stop near the house, but it runs infrequently and only at certain times of the day.

Other things to note
From June 1, 2026, the municipal tourist tax (€3 per person, for those over 12 years of age, for the first 5 days of the stay) will be collected upon arrival.

We have made available to our guests a small garden with seasonal vegetables that can be harvested in total autonomy.

The pool can be heated from mid-May to mid October(if the weather conditions are favorable!) and has a maximum height of 1.50m.

YOU MUST HAVE A PRIVATE CAR to reach the building and get around. We have a bus stop near the house, but it runs a few times and only at certain times of the day.
