In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

This home is equipped with security cameras by the front door facing the street for security and protection. The property is also equipped with one indoor and one outdoor noise monitoring device. These noise monitors do not record. They only measure the decibel levels of noise and there for your protection. They are meant to protect you from any city noise violations.
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. To make things simple, the terms and conditions are the same as our house rules.
