Enjoy a private stay at this new studio W/private entrance! All equipped with a beautiful kitchenette fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave and two burner stove top. Step into our relaxing shower with a built in bench for a nice hot shower after a long day and lets not forget a good night sleep in our cozy bed. We are 5 minutes from Dameron Hospital,Ports Stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Groceries stores, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5

Each room has private entrance with lock box next to door.

Guest access
The outdoor patio area is shared between both studios. Once again there is no smoking in the studios but feel free to do so outside.

Other things to note
Any guest that are not on the reservation are not allowed on the premises. Please keep noise level down from 10:00pm- 8:00am thank you.
