This villa is highly loved by families for its spacious layout, large pool, peaceful environment, and attentive onsite staff. However, due to stairs and the unfenced pool, children should always be supervised.
• BEACH ACCESS
You also have access to the private beach down the cliff, about 5 minutes walk from your villa. You can ask the villa management office upfront about the path to the beach. The access to the beach is a facility shared with other guests in the villa complex and there will be security officers in the area to check on everyone who enters the complex.
• RIDE HAILING SERVICES:
When it comes to venturing further, you’re well-connected. If you choose to use online ride-hailing services. such as Gojek, Grab, or Bluebird, it's worth noting that pick-up points just outside Apurva Kempinski are a mere 8-10 minutes away from our villa. • CHEF SERVICE
We could provide you with the chef service. The private chef extra service is around 45-50 USD depends on the number of guests (Up to 5 guests). Please be aware that this price does not include the cost of the ingredients. Please contact us after your booking if you need this extra service :). the chef can also help you to buy the groceries in advance and submit the bill to you at the end of the service to be added on top of the service fee.
• EXTRA BED
This is a 3-bedroom villa that can accommodate 6 people by default. We can provide up to 2 extra beds, which will be automatically included in your total guest count at the beginning. Please note that the extra beds will be set up in the upstairs room by default.
• MASSAGE SERVICE

• HOT WATER NOTICE
Please note that our property uses a water heater with a limited tank capacity, providing hot water for about 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the temperature setting. After that, it typically takes around 20 minutes for the tank to reheat. Unlike continuous systems in some countries, this setup may require a short wait between uses. We recommend planning accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help!
• BABY EQUIPMENTS
We don’t provide baby gear (cot, high chair, etc.) on-site. If you need them, we can share contacts for trusted local rental vendors. You’ll coordinate and pay the vendor directly (subject to availability and their fees). Let us know after booking if you’d like the contact details.
• NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED
Breakfast is not included in your booking. However, you’re welcome to visit nearby restaurants for your morning meal, or feel free to use the kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own.
• AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE
We are 35-45 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick-up service with a cost of IDR 325K per car with driver including gasoline, with a maximum capacity of 5 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a signage of your name.

For a smooth and safe arrival, we recommend checking in by 5 PM, as some areas can be dark and challenging after sunset. Our online hosts are available from 9 AM to 6 PM to assist you.
• LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is strict at 12 PM, and we do not allow late check-outs. Please plan your departure accordingly.
• LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Guests can leave their luggage at the security area if needed. However, please note that we highly recommend keeping important and valuable belongings with you at all times for security reasons.
• SCOOTER RENT
Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around IDR 100K - 150k per day without petrol, including 2 helmets.
• EVENT AT THE VILLA
We can allow private and intimate wedding with very minimal disturbance (we have neighbours here). If you're going to invite outside guest we probably can arrange maximum 20 people. There would be extra fee and permit that need to be arranged. Again, please inform your event details with us to make sure if we can host your event or not.
• VISIT BEFORE BOOKING
Airbnb policy stated that we can not do site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reason.

We can't accept payment by cash, all of the payment only directly by Airbnb using credit card. But if you don't have those, you can use electronic bank such as:
