★BEDS & BATHS★
Discover restful nights in our three well-appointed bedrooms, each boasting a queen-sized bed with a thick, comfortable mattress, designed to comfortably sleep six guests. A full bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and a standup shower, is conveniently located downstairs.
#1 - Embrace tranquility in this bedroom featuring a serene seating and reading area with two chairs and a coffee table. The panoramic lake view through the glass sliding door is breathtaking. Step onto the balcony for an intimate connection with the lake.
#2 - Unwind in a room adorned with a decorative wood-burning fireplace, adding a touch of elegance. Relax in the cozy reading area, complete with a chair and bookshelf. The sliding door, leading to the balcony/lounge area, doubles as an alternative entrance. (Note: Fireplace is decorative and not for wood burning.)
#3 - Experience the charm of an unenclosed bedroom, offering direct access to a balcony overlooking the private beach. It's connected via a corridor that serves as an ideal play area for children.

Step into the heart of Blue Haven, where the living and dining areas merge into a stunning great room, offering panoramic views of Lake Sutherland. The seamless transition to the higher-level deck through sliding doors invites the outside in, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your stay.
Gather around the stylish dining table, illuminated by modern lighting, comfortably seating eight for memorable meals and conversations. The living area is equally impressive, anchored by a 65-inch smart Roku TV. Lounge on the expansive modern sectional couch, which not only seats eight with ease but also doubles as a cozy sleeping space for two, if needed. Though the fireplace adds an element of charm, please note it's decorative and not intended for wood burning. This space is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and soaking in the lake views - the perfect setting for your getaway.
★Kitchen★
The kitchen, charming and compact, is thoughtfully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. While it may be on the smaller side, it doesn't skimp on essentials. It features a cooking top, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Although currently without a dishwasher, you'll find the kitchen fully stocked with an ample supply of dishes, mugs, utensils, and essential tools for moderate cooking, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience during your stay.
★Deck★
Explore the allure of Blue Haven's magnificent two-level deck, a standout feature of this lakeside retreat.
The upper deck is an elevated sanctuary, offering breathtaking views of Lake Sutherland. It's furnished to accommodate six guests, perfect for lounging or dining alfresco. This area also includes an outdoor storage box filled with life jackets and various water toys for your enjoyment. To enhance your outdoor culinary experiences, the upper deck is equipped with a 5-burner grill, serving as a seamless extension of the kitchen.
Descend to the lower-level deck, where you're greeted with the gentle lap of the lake's waters. This deck not only sits at the water's edge but also boasts a unique floating extension over the lake, creating an immersive experience with the surrounding natural beauty. This space is ideal for sunbathing, fishing, or simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of the lake.
★Kayaks★
We offer two kayaks complete with paddles for your aquatic adventures. Launch directly from our private beach and explore the tranquil waters of Lake Sutherland at your leisure. For your safety, life jackets are conveniently stored in the storage box located on the second-level deck. Enjoy paddling around the lake, experiencing the serene beauty of the surroundings from a unique perspective.
★Parking★
There is dedicated parking area on the side of the private road. There is enough room for 4 cars.
★Boat Launch★
We are not providing motorboats at this time. But for boaters, there is a public boat launch just down the private road (0.2 miles from the house). You are welcome to launch your own boat there and enjoy the fun activities on the lake. You can also dock your boat at the house dock.
★Fireplaces★
We have two fireplaces; one is in the living room and the other one is in one of the bedrooms. However, both fireplaces are for decoration only to avoid fire hazards. We have good adjustable heating system in each room!
Other things to note
★Stairs★
Our lakefront home is accessed via approximately 30 steps from the parking area to the entrance, typical for lakeside properties. To make luggage transportation easier, you can use the first-floor entrance and then proceed upstairs to the second-floor bedroom. From here, you can open the sliding door to move your luggage in more conveniently. For your safety, we've added anti-slip strips to the stairs, but we advise caution when ascending or descending.
Please note, the bathroom is located downstairs. Extra care is recommended when moving from an upstairs bedroom to the bathroom, especially at night or for guests who may have mobility concerns.
★Pets★
We do allow pets during your stay with us. Actually the upper deck has two gates you could close to form an enclose area to free leash your dogs without worry.
There is a $100 flat one-time pet fee. You must notify us at least 1 day before arrival and pay the pet fee prior to getting the lockbox code.
