A 1937 gem in the center of Downtown Cedar City. Located in a quiet historic neighborhood. Walking distance from SUU, The Shakespeare Festival, and a quaint collection of shops & restaurants. A comfortable yet exquisitely styled cottage. This property has beautiful gardens and a large front porch to enjoy. This is our main home titled "Limelight" has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. We also have 2 more 1 bedroom units located in the back of the property.

The Backstage Suites estate has 3 separate rental spaces. 1 main house and 2 suites in the back house. Laundry room is located outside your unit in the lobby of the back 2 units.
