Before confirming your booking, please read the instructions below carefully _
1. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT🔑: the entry inventory will be carried out from 4:00 p.m. independently (note that in very high season: July - August and Public Holidays, this schedule is subject to change). Key pickup will be via a secure key box. All information on how to access the property will be available on your AIRBNB app (NOT the browser), 48 hours prior to your arrival.
The exit inventory will be carried out from 10:00 a.m. onwards according to our daily schedules.
Early checkout at 9:00 a.m. is possible by appointment. Guests wishing to check out BEFORE 9:00 a.m. will also do so independently via the lockbox.
2. HOUSE LINENS 🧺 such as linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED in our rental rates. You are free to use your own equipment or to ask us to make it available to our laundry. As a health safety measure, textiles are packaged in sterilized plastic film.
RATES: €20 X1 set of flat sheets (single or double) / €10 X1 bath towels + X1 small towel / €5 X1 bath mat + 1 kitchen towel (in addition to sheets and towels ONLY). For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on mattress covers and pillow protectors. Duvets/Blankets and Pillows are provided and cleaned free of charge by the Owners.
3. CLEANING 🧹 will be carried out at the end of the stay by professional teams. We will also leave the equipment and cleaning products at your disposal in the accommodation for your daily use. Note, however, that the property must be returned in a "respectable" state of cleanliness and tidy as when you arrived (disposal of household waste by you).
4. ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY 👤: This accommodation is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 6 people (children / babies included). The number of occupants should be what is stated on your booking confirmation as well as the profile registered on AIRBNB. Minors are 🔞 not allowed to stay in this accommodation without their parents present. You may be asked to present government ID before Check-In.
5. PETS 🐾 are not allowed. SMOKING / VAPING is strictly forbidden 🚭 inside the accommodation (tolerated outside).
