The Space

Bright modern apartment located in a cul de sac leading to the Wistula river in the Jewish Quarter Kazimierz, just 15 minutes walk from the Main Square.
It consists of an airy and bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower cabine.
There is a comfortable double bed in the BEDROOM and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has wIfI connection.

LOCATION: The apartment is located just by the Wistula river in a quiet street in Kazimierz, the Jewish part of the Old Krakow.
Across the river you'll find sandy (!) beach & the pool build on the barge and float on the waters of Vistula.
Kazimierz, known as the 'city within the city' and is literally brimming with historical buildings, ancient churches and synagogues, making for a special atmosphere and charm that attracts people from all over the world.

The riverside of Vistula is an excellent place to have a stroll, do jogging or just rest in the shade of trees. In the summertime, you can go for a pleasant boat sightseeing-ride on the nearby river. There is also a playground just around the corner.

The Main Sqaure is within 15 minutes walk.
Tram stations (2min.) provide quick & easy access to all parts of Krakow. Not far from our apartment are a greens market, an ice ring, flea market and much more!
There are good local shops, plenty of places to eat out (regional cuisine, Jewish cuisine, vegetarian meals, etc.) and probably the best pubs in the world!

  • This is a nice, clean, tidy apartment that I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Krakow. My wife and I stayed here while I was in town for a conference and the accommodations were just what we needed. You're just steps from a stroll along the river and only minutes from all the great cafés, restaurants and sights of Kazimierz. Since it's on the end of a dead end street it was also very quiet- great for getting a good night's rest. The apartment lets in a lot of light too- which is really great- but be aware of it if you visit during the summer time.

It's about a 35-40 minute walk from the main train station (a nice walk mostly through the shaded park that surrounds the main square) and probably only a 20 minute walk from the main market square itself. Also, if you're taking the 292 bus to or from the airport (the airport train wasn't running while we were there) you can skip the loop around the center and just use the Cracovia Błonia stop about 20 minutes north of the apartment. There is a tram you can take from the main train station that will drop off you right in front of the street. Although we ended up walking everywhere and not riding the tram, it seems like it's a very convenient way for getting around the city. Nearby is a currency exchange office as well as a couple little convenience stores if you forget anything.

Jacek was easy to work with. We felt really bad because we arrived at the apartment over an hour later than we expected but he patiently waited for us and had some great dinner recommendations too. We're usually not confused tourists but it was raining pretty hard when we arrived in Krakow and we had a dickens of a time navigating the newly remodeled train station and taxis and trams. By the next day we could find our way around just fine- but note that some of the signage can be a little confusing.

The only thing that would have made our stay a little bit easier was if we'd had instructions on how to use the combo washer/dryer (even our Polish friends that stopped by were stumped). We were able to figure it out, but if you plan to do laundry while you stay here then be sure to ask for instructions.

  • A great apartment in a perfect location. 2 minutes walk to the heart of the Jewish Quarter and 10 minutes or so to the castle, plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

The apartment was well appointed throughout and tastefully decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings and all very clean. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was present including cooking utensils, iron and ironing board etc.

Jacek was great, good communication prior to arrival , was waiting for us with the keys and let us leave our luggage in the apartment on check-out as we had a late flight. The perfect host.

  • I had a perfect stay in Snow White and Jacek is the best host you can imagine. He's very kind and helpful and rushed over to the apartment immediately when I thought I had blown the fuses. I highly recommend this nice place in this cosy neighborhood full of peace and tranquillity.

  • The apartment Jacek is exactly like the pictures. We found everything we needed, and Jacek was very accommodating for check in and check out.
Nice, comfortable, clean, comfortable and quiet on a side street close to the green and relaxing along the river and in the middle, but above all a short walk from the Jewish quarter full of interesting locals.
Krakow is a lovely little very green city with a beautiful historical center.
We fassato a very good holiday and would recommend it to everyone's house and Jacek Natasza.
    Thank you!

  • Very clean place. More out-of-the-way neighborhood but easy tram around. Ground level.

  • Amazing place to stay, while visiting Krakow. Central location, close to all main attraction and nightlife, but very quiet. Parking possible directly in front of the apartment.
The apartment is modern, clean, fully equipped so it is also great if you are planning to stay longer.
Jacek was very nice, helpful and flexible.
I highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again, when I will go to Krakow.

  • Mixed feelings really re the trip. Trip was fab no question, few qualms about accomadation. Did find jacek responsive enough on communication on run up to our trip had to send several emails about what was happening all very last minute. I sent several emails informing him of out arrival time which he did eventually respond to. We unfortunely were left for close to an hour sat out on the street waiting for him to arrive with keys to let us in. We did have a phone call whist sat outside to him for us to ask us which of his apartments we were at, seemed like he was very unorganised and even forgot we were arriving. He did arrive to let us in then returned around an hr later to chane some bedding that hadn't been done. Apartment very nice tho clean enough. Take some extra towels if your going for more than one night. We didn't hear from jacek throughout our stay we told him our taxi would be collecting us for 9am on our leaving date which he wrote in his diary so he'd be their to collect our keys. We never saw sight nor sound of him on that morning and after 3 phone calls and no response had no choice but to leave keys in apartment. I did send him a txt to tell him we'd left but as of yet still no communication. Felt very let down by poor hosting skills. Poland fab though. Will defo return but with better hosts next time.

  • The apartment was lovely and clean, exactly as it looks on the site. Very nice, well equipped, with comfy beds. Jacek was a considerate and thoughtful host. He responded quickly to all inquiries and even gave some suggestions for the area.
    Highly recommended!
