You cannot but feel at home in this delightful and stylish apartment. It's unique location, facing a typical local square, allows you to enjoy a clear beautiful view with sunlight streaming in all day long! Inside, comfort and natural light pervade combined with a contemporary chic urban style, where bright wood and white interior theme is balanced by touches of color and caring details everywhere. Benefit from air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing balconies.

The space
This is a brand new apartment, ideal for 4, in a two floor historic building from the sec. XVI. Our apartment is on the first floor. It is a two bedroom apartment, with one bathroom and an open space social area, divided into kitchen, dining, reading, work station and lounge area. The sofa in the lounge area is a bed sofa for 2, that can be prepared for extra guests only if the booking is for 6. The open space area as well as the bedrooms open up to balconies.
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, pillows and extra pillows, full size mirror and an open cupboard or dresser area. Bed linens and towels are provided.
A maintenance cleaning and change of towels and linens for stays that are longer than ten days is mandatory (subject to payment) . The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toiletries and hair dryer are provided. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air condition and WIFI in all rooms as well as cable TV and a Netflix channel you can access with your personal password.

This brand new apartment is perfectly located for you to enjoy the best of Setubal. It faces one of the few quaint traditional squares of Setubal's historical centre and instills a Portuguese homy feel. Nevertheless, it only 50 m away from Setubal's main avenue Luísa Todi and you find a little supermarket 200 m away and plenty of cafes and restaurants and other shops. It gives you easy access to the local beach (5min walking) and is just 2 minutes away from the bus stop of the Arrábida Beaches line, the only transport to get to the fabulous beaches during high season. It is also in walking distance (1000m) to the Urban Park of Albarquel and the local beach Praia da Saúde. A perfect place to enjoy all of Setúbal.
