NightFox A-Frame is an all-black, architecturally significant cabin located in the Western Catskills hamlet of Livingston Manor. With the local area known for foodie-centric dining experiences, breweries, fly-fishing, hiking, and more, this year-round, 2-bedroom stay is the perfect escape from the city.

The a-frame is known for its interior style, with a focus on Scandinavian comfort with 70s mod influence.

The space
The design-forward, dog-friendly home includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room/ dining room area. The long dining table is great to work from home or to enjoy amazing meals.

On-site amenities include an outdoor barrel sauna, an outside area that includes a beautiful deck great for yoga or relaxing at dusk, and a separate fire pit area to sit on Adirondack chairs and enjoy the surrounding nature.

One bedroom is located upstairs in the loft and is a beautiful space that allows the morning sunlight to shine right in. The second bedroom is located in the back of the home which provides the perfect separation.

The kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and all the basic cooking and cleaning tools you may need. The Bertzzoni appliances are perfect for making and enjoying amazing meals!

The bathroom comes stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So once you arrive you are all set!

Other things to note
Just 7 minutes from Livingston Manor, you're close to some of the best the Catskills has to offer: award-winning restaurants, craft breweries, fly fishing, and hiking trailheads. We'll send you our personal local guide before arrival so you hit the ground running.

If you are staying with us in the winter, we do have the driveway and roads plowed after a snowfall. However, we do suggest a 4-wheel-drive vehicle as it is in the mountains and has heavy and quick snowfall.

If you are staying in the summer, please note there is no AC in the home. The cabin tends to stays naturally cool in summer thanks to mountain elevation, mornings and evenings are genuinely crisp, and both bedrooms have fans.

Please note that the pellet stove inside the home is not currently available for use.
