Enjoy a fun getaway experience at this centrally-located home in Downtown Cedar City. Our "Upstage Suite" is our upstairs guest house, Nestled in a flourishing garden space. The home has 1 King bed, 2 bathrooms with showers, full kitchen, and living room, and dinning area. The living room sofa is also a hybrid queen size air adjustable bed. We have several outdoor seating areas, dining area, BBQ and a proper "she shed" to hang out in. Washer & dryer is in a shared space laundry room.

The space
The Backstage Suites estate has 3 separate rental spaces. 1 main house and 2 suites in the back house. The laundry room is located in the downstairs lobby and is a shared space. As well as the thermostat, it is located in the lobby hallway.

Guest access
You enter the back house through the lobby door. There is one suite downstairs and one upstairs. There is a keypad on the door. There is also a ring camera on the lobby door if you need to get a hold of me for any reason.

Other things to note
The laundry room is located in the downstairs lobby and is a shared space. As well as the thermostat, it is located in the lobby hallway. The central heating & air conditioning system is shared with the downstairs unit.
