Ash Cottage sleeps 4 people across 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. It has an entrance lobby with a cloakroom, an open plan sitting room come dining room with separate kitchen. There are a few steps up, leading to a spacious twin bedroom, the en-suite includes a bath/shower unit. Also leading off from the sitting room, down a few steps down, is the other spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, also with a bath/shower unit. Ash Cottage also has a small pretty garden.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offering self-contained, tastefully furnished accommodation, Liscombe Farm is the ideal location from which to enjoy everything that Exmoor has to offer. The surrounding Exmoor countryside is stunning; as the seasons change so do the colours and mood of the landscape creating breath taking scenery regardless of the time of year.

Liscombe Farm, a working farm, is quiet and peaceful with stunning views, yet only minutes from the bustling town of Dulverton. Some of the prettiest villages on Exmoor are just around the corner. Enjoy the pretty thatched cottages and winding lanes of Exmoor and then indulge in the tradition of a delicious cream tea in one of the many tearooms in the area.

Anyone who is keen on walking will be spoilt for choice with numerous walks from the front door - these range from the leisurely to the more taxing and we would be happy to recommend routes dependant on age and abilities. Stroll through fields and woodland alongside the river Barle/Exe, or head out into the stunning expanse of moorland that surrounds Liscombe Farm.

For those looking to unwind closer to home, the self catering cottages each have their own outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and barbeques. Inside you’ll find all mod cons as well as wood burners so if the weather is bleak or the legs weary you can cosy up by the fire after a long day!
