Located in the picturesque town of Elgin, South Carolina with quaint shops for the rural town feel. Five minutes from Interstate-20 and Interstate-77 and Sandhills Mall. Twenty minutes from the heart of Columbia (downtown) and Universities. Restaurants located only a few minutes' drive in Northeast Columbia/Sandhills. All travel nursing agency and construction contractors will get a 35% off of the cost of a 5 day stay.

This stylish secured 1-bedroom suite w/ workstation is for the perfect getaway for up to 2 guests. (1 King size Bed). Located in a safe neighborhood with all amenities included: fireplace w/ cozy living room and bar area, laundry room, fully functional kitchen is potentially shared with another couple if the other ensuite is booked. Separate bathrooms assigned for each suite. For your exercise needs, an exercise cycle is available by request. Perfect getaway for a couple or group. Short term/Long term stays are welcome. Parking available.

Access to the basement lower level of a private home. Private entrance to the lower level. Access code to the suite provided upon booking.

6. All cleaning supplies should be under the sink inside the suite. Before leaving, secure suite, clean up all areas of the AirBnB. Remove any boxes, paper, trash that you brought into the AirBnB . Spray counters down and floors if drinks are spilled.
