Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Relax in a coastal Maine farmhouse from the 1820s. The house retains rustic charm with thoughtful modern amenities and luxury bath and bedding products. There are 2 distinct 4 bedroom units (8 beds / 5 baths total) connected by a study making it perfect for multiple families. There is a large private yard for kids to play in with a fire pit and pizza oven as well. It's located on a peninsula with plentiful water access and hiking trails.

The space
Kitchens - Equipped with Made In cookware and knives as well as a wide range of cooking amenities and spices. They have Maple butcher block counters featuring gas stoves and dishwashers.

Bedrooms - All beds have top of the line Nectar or Dreamcloud mattresses with European linen bedding, both firm and soft pillows and down duvets. All have blackout shades and 7 of the 8 are equipped with Windmill AC units (one of the bedrooms has clerestory windows only so they are too small to fit an AC unit).

Bathrooms - Enjoy plush spa towels and luxurious Sangre de Fruta bath products as you shower with great water pressure.

The yard is very spacious and a great place to have a fire or sit in the shade of one of the many trees and read a book. There is also a good sized deck off the main kitchen which is great for cooking pizzas in the Gozney Dome (gas or wood burning) and enjoying some afternoon sun and drinks.

We've also upgraded all plumbing and put in a brand new water filtration system as well.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire property aside from the barn (for your own safety). Around the backside we also have the oldest Baldwin apple tree in the state of Maine.

Other things to note
The house has great internet and a handful of private work spaces both in bedrooms and in the study if you need to take care of business while you're staying at the farm.

The multiple living rooms make for enough space for people to spread out if people want a bit more quiet time while others are playing games or chatting.

There are also two washers and dryers and detergent as well.
