We received a warm welcome from Steve and Dawn after a long journey. The house we stayed in was wonderful, really well presented and very well equipped with everything we needed. Steve and Dawn had even set up a cot for our daughter and it was great to have cold milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived. It is these small touches (fresh flowers are another example) that make this a special B&B which we would definitely return to. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, delivered to your door at your chosen time and the gardens beautiful and a great space for children run around in. We thoroughly enjoyed a glass of wine on the decking right outside our house once the children were in bed! We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Steve and Dawn!
The accommodation was clean and lovely; the food was bountiful and delicious; and the hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. We truly appreciate having a complete package of 'goodness' when traveling far and with furry children. Well done, Dawn & Steve!
Steve and Dawn gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The gite itself was clean, modern, well appointed and perfect for our stay. Dawn provided a lovely breakfast of 'fresh out of the oven' croissant and breads, fresh juice and milk, absolutely perfect start to the day! Lovely location giving us quick access to Mont St Michel and other places of interest. I would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks Dawn and Steve for making us feel so welcome!
Steve & Dawn are very kind and friendly. They provided to us interesting information regarding sightseeing. Steve & Dawn have a beautiful and very comfortable house. They cooked us a delicious breakfast. My friends and me had a great time there and really enjoyed our stay.
We had a fantastic time at Steve and Dawn's country bed and breakfast. With neighboring sheep, cows and rolling hills of fragrant grass and wheat we felt like we were in a perfect forgotten paradise! Even in this idyllic setting, though, the apartment still had wonderfully convenient amenities- a jet tub, very comfortable bed, modern appliances and wifi. Our hosts were so kind and we really enjoyed getting to know them- they gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and evening activities too. We also had a delicious breakfast brought over in the morning. I'm not sure words can describe how much we loved it here!
We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed for one week and had an excellent time.
The house is well equipped with all you need, clean and cozy. Dawn and Steve are very kind and helpful. In particular we enjoyed the breakfast with self-made bread and jam, warm croissants and fresh orange juice. Dawn and Steve provided us with tips on what to do and see in the surroundings.
We enjoyed our time very much and can recommend the place.

About the Host, Steve & Dawn
We moved from Somerset, England 9 years ago for a better way of life and haven't looked back. We adore the open countryside, fine wines and food, and by visiting different areas of France, you get to experience the many cultural and historic legacies. We love meeting new people and are very sociable and accommodating. Dawn enjoys cycling along the many country lanes, which are mostly traffic free, apart from the odd tractor. Steve enjoys the peace and quiet of drowning a few maggots at our fishing shack on the lake. We have a wonderful veg patch and love to share our vegetables with guests and friends.
