Beautifully landscaped with ample sun-drenched outdoor living space, this captivating two plus bedroom three and a half bathroom 1853 brick century home is situated in the heart of Picton. Located off Main Street and steps away from local artisanal shops, markets, restaurants and the stunning Royal Hotel, the Brunswick House invites you to live like a local in the quaint, tree-lined and historic community.

Equipped with a complete, spacious and awe-inspiring kitchen, eight-seater dining room, idyllic and bright lounge perfect for cribbage or a page-turner, sunroom for your morning coffee, charming family room for fireside movies, custom outdoor fireplace for aperitifs and s'mores and even a self-enclosed "Zoom room," the Brunswick House has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The front room is right on Main Street, so can be a bit noisy in the daytime. There is also no crib or high-chair for children, and there are stairs as well which you need to be mindful of as well.

With space for five cars and a Tesla charging station for eco-guests.
