Inspired by the best accommodations in Trancoso, Bali and the Mediterranean islands, this spectacular rustic-style house with unique architecture is located on the beach block (practically on the sand) and in the best location in Itaúna, between the Museum and the Surf Association.
Combining authenticity, luxury, comfort, tasteful Boho Chic décor and a well-thought-out lighting design, the house stands out for its originality, completely breaking away from the norm.
The space
The concept of the house is the perfect combination of rustic and sophisticated, in a unique design and a captivating atmosphere, bringing all the essence of the various trips I have taken throughout Brazil and around the world.
📍Carefully planned to welcome large groups of friends or families, this magnificent property, consisting of 2 houses, accommodates, with total comfort and privacy, a total of 22 people distributed in its 6 true bedrooms (ALL WITH SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS).
Everything here was thought out with great care, affection and attention to the smallest details: from the most diverse utensils, to the standard hotel bed and bath linens, which are provided to all guests.
Additional services, listed below, are offered to make your stay even more special and unforgettable, transforming it into a unique experience.
🏠 The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms (3 of which are suites): - Superior Master Suite (1 King bed) - Superior Suite (1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed) - Superior Suite (1 Queen bed, 2 single beds and 1 trundle bed) - Lower bedroom (1 Queen bed and 1 bunk bed)
A huge dining and living room with large doors and windows (ensuring excellent natural ventilation) as well as a spacious and well-equipped kitchen complement the main house.
The hammocks located on the 2 large balconies overlooking the garden are an invitation to relax.
🏠 The secondary house has 2 more bedrooms (1 suite):
- Upper suite (1 queen bed)
- Lower bedroom (1 bunk bed)
A guest bathroom, a room with a hot, pressurized shower and a steam sauna (temporarily deactivated) complement the secondary house.

- In the back, more private area, we have a huge barbecue area with a wood-burning oven and stove, an inviting 3-meter table where everyone can gather, and the cherry on the cake: an unusual swimming pool with a suspended edge and a shallow beach (which children love).

- At the front, I would like to highlight the careful landscaping project that highlights the beauty of the 4 century-old trees. A charming pergola and a swing suspended from the tree complement this area.

🚙 The house has only one covered parking space for cars. Other vehicles can park in the yard, but they will be parked under the century-old trees that, at a certain time of the year (April and May), drop a fruit (fig) that makes a lot of dirt.

Itaúna is the best, and most charming district of Saquarema. Its beach and especially its waves are internationally recognized. In June, Itaúna is the scene of one of the stages of the World Surf.
The centrinho de Saquarema, better known as Vila, is 1.5km from the house, within 15 minutes of an unpretentious walk. A Igrejinha, the City's main postcard, as well as the Cannon Square, which houses a Skate runway and a children's playground meet there. On weekends there is a craft feirinha. Vale o Passe!
