This guest house is located in a residential area. It comprise an upstair and a ground floor. Latter has two a/c rooms with single bed arrangements and upstair has three a/c rooms ( 2 triples plus one double room), 2 balconies, one overlooking a back garden, sitting area. Ground floor has a pantry, sitting, dining ares, space for two cars, and back garden. Total area is 4000 Ft2. There are eating places, restaurants walking distance and 5/10 minutes by taxi. The space
This is the master bedroom of the house located on the upstairs level. It is a large AC triple bedroom with an attached private bathroom.
More about the property: Fife Residencies is a five-bedroom house located in the heart of Colombo. Our rooms are available for short-stays, from a few days up to three months.
We have three AC double bedrooms and two AC triple bedrooms, each with attached private bathrooms. Depending on the size of your party you may choose to rent out the whole house or individual rooms. This large house is ideal for hosting large wedding groups. Drop us a note and we can talk about what your requirements are.

Upstairs common areas are a sitting area and 2 balconies. Downstairs common areas are sitting and dining areas, pantry, kitchen and a small garden. The use of kitchen is restricted and rate is not included in the room rent. If interested in using these facilities please inquire beforehand. There is also a doorman and garage available. You will have access to all these common areas.
The house is located close to a couple of supermarkets and many restaurants. Also, the famous landmark BMICH is nearby. Hospitals nearby are Asiri Hospital and Lanka Hospital (formerly Apollo). Galle Face Green and 5-star hotels are about 5 km away.
