This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Hosted at DeeMandala Farms. This retreat is ideal for free spirited groups of nature lovers who are feeling trapped in the city. We have over 100 acres of safe space for you to explore. Our *rustic farm cottage* is fitted with *basic amenities* and Wi-Fi. If you are excited by the freedom we offer, and enjoy homely, locally sourced healthy meals then this is the space for you :) We require that all our visitors are kind hearted towards people, pets and nature. No fussies and grumpies allowed :)

The space
If you aren't the "sit in the midst of nature to enjoy" kinds, not to worry, we have activities like hula hooping, slacklining, and badminton that you can do.

Ask the staff to give you a picnic mat and snacks to carry to the lake or to our sunset point.

If you're here for more than a day than I would highly recommend the near by Chinaga Betta trek or going to Shivgange.

We're also hearing a lot of stories of wildlife activity from our neighbours to be on the look out for deer, jackals, wild rabbits and boars.

Peacocks are abundant too. Ideal space for birders as we have over 140 species to be spotted.

Guests have access to the entire 100 acre space as we've been around for the past 25 years and structured all the roads and routes as the initial idea was to build a smart City. Signboards are yet to be placed so getting around is for the directionally sure adventurers :P
Kidding, it's actually quiet easy if you check in early and take walks or cycle around to get a good understanding of the layout of the space.
The roads are covered with trees for quick shady stops and I've only made video guides which can be followed to get around.

Other things to note
Things that guests enjoy doing are sitting by the bonfire, BBQing and star gazing in the evenings.

This is the ideal property for naturalists as we have a wide range of flora and fauna for them to explore.

Do not that the cottage is about 27 years old and we are still in the midst of renovating it so it's pretty rustic
