Keswick Studio is a private zen space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Studio has a large glass door with lovely and serene views of the surrounding trees that feels like it is nestled in nature. Modern custom details make Keswick Studio a unique and peaceful place to stay.
The space
The Studio is a private unit that sleeps two people and has a kitchenette with custom butcher block countertops and a private modern bathroom with a gorgeous vessel sink.
The kitchenette has a stainless steel full-size refrigerator and a large deluxe French door toaster oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. In addition, the kitchenette has an integrated vent hood and all dishes, prep, and serving utensils. The kitchenette is stocked with oils, seasonings, sauces, condiments, and complimentary welcome tea and coffee.
The cozy bed platform has a queen sized bed.
PLEASE NOTE: A few steps up are needed to get on the bed platform. The bed platform has two 13" high steps to access. We recommend that guests be able to comfortably climb to the platform. See our listing pictures for a visual.
We provide all linens, including sheets, blankets, and towels.
The Studio also has a private deck with chairs for enjoying the outdoors and a washer/dryer unit in the space.
All soaps are complimentary, including dish, shower, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry. Paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience as well.
For cleanliness and safety, the Studio is professionally cleaned & electrostatically fogged after each guest.

Keswick Studio is just down the street from Camp North End, a mixed-use entertainment complex with restaurants, bars, shops and venues. Uptown Charlotte is less than a mile away and has the Bechtler and Discovery Place museums, the Panthers and Hornets Stadiums, The EpiCenter, The Charlotte Convention Center, restaurants, bars, and night life. Nearby hotspots include NoDa and Plaza Midwood. Within a twenty minute drive is the National Whitewater Center, Lake Norman, and The Charlotte Douglass International Airport. There is a Wayne’s Grocery, a Family Dollar, and an ABC Liquor within a half a mile as well.
