The space
Cute 2 story, kid friendly 1300 sq foot condo in The Summit complex that sleeps 8 in comfort! With 2 King bedrooms, 1 enclosed loft with 1 Queen and 1 bunkbed (full/twin) -note the enclosed loft is a walk through to bedroom #2, a new Queen pull-out couch in the living room and 2.25 baths. (There is also a pack-n-play available if needed.) You and your company will have plenty of space to relax on your own or to hang out with the group. This condo features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a newly remodeled kitchen, and almost all new furnishings throughout. Heating this condo on those winter nights is not an issue with all south facing windows, a pellet stove, baseboard heaters and wall heaters. This condo is in a perfect location, across the street from the Eagle Lodge parking lot and just steps from the FREE shuttle stop to the center of town and The Village.
Easily cook for a large group in this updated kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances, a kitchen table which seats 6-8 (2 extra folding chairs in the closet), as well as bar seating for 2. Stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans and a crockpot, this condo will make you feel right at home!
Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 are each equipped with a king bed and the enclosed Loft is set up with a Queen bed and a Bunkbed (full on bottom, twin on top).
The downstairs bathroom has an enclosed shower with tub and toilet, with a separate vanity area. It is enclosed from the living area for King Bedroom #1, but has easy access for guests in the living space. The upstairs bath has an enclosed shower with tub and toilet area, with 2 entrances, one from each of the 2 separate vanity areas (one for the King Bedroom, and one for the Loft). Note you walk through the enclosed Loft then turn right to get to the bathroom or turn left to enter King Bedroom #2.
Flat screen TV's with DVD players are found in the living room, both bedrooms and the
enclosed loft for everyone to be entertained together or separately.
Plenty of ski, snowboard and boot storage on the ski racks and under the stairs.
The Summit condominiums have 5 jacuzzis throughout the complex and 2 pools available to guests (pools close during winter months). 2 parking spaces are provided, 1 assigned UNDERGROUND space and 1 unassigned outdoor space with the use of parking passes found in the unit.

Condo is a 2-story condo located on the on 2rd floor. There are 2 flights of stairs from underground parking garage to the condo entrance. This complex does not have an elevator. Inside the condo, the living space and King Bed #1 are on the main floor, and King Bed #2 and Loft are up a flight of stairs.

The taxes are required by the Town of Mammoth Lakes: 13% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) and 1% TBID (Tourism Business Improvement District). We collect the tax from you and submit it monthly to the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Our Business License and Tax Certificate information are available on the Town's website; see "Business Tax and Registration."
