Beautiful Sea Views from the living area. 2 of the bedrooms also have a sea view...you sometimes feel the sea spray on the front .Quiet corner house with fynbos vegetation in front and on the side. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. We only do 2 night bookings over weekends.

Palmiet beach 15 min walk on board walk through fynbos.
Several Restaurants and shops a few hundred meters from the house.
.The house offers spectacular views of the ocean and mountains and even the physical sensation of waves battering the rocky shore, virtually at your doorstep.

The house includes front and back patios, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a laundry room with washing machine , a lock-up garage, satellite TV, free Wi Fi and more. The separate self-catering unit has its own front patio, lounge area, kichenette, TV and Wi fi
La Mer is within walking distance from the Palmiet lagoon, beach and deep fresh water pools (15 minutes), Bot River lagoon and Kleinmond blue flag main beach (20 minutes) and the bustling local fishing harbour with numerous restaurants and quaint shops (less than 5 minutes).

The house is situated in quiet street with only a few seafront houses in the street.Kleinmond is 1.5 hour’s drive from Cape Town which includes a breath taking scenic drive along False Bay. It is bordered by the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve (Unesco designated) that offers one of the planet’s most diverse floral kingdoms (Fynbos), numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, birding and river rafting down the Palmiet River for the more adventurous (during winter). Other attractions include whale watching (especially during calving season July to November), a herd of wild horses (remnants of the Anglo-Boer War at the beginning of the 1900’s), the famous Stoney Point Jackass penguin breeding colony and the Harold Porter botanical garden in neighbouring Bettys Bay, golf courses (Kleinmond, Arabella Country Estates and Hermanus), numerous wine cellars and blue flag beaches within 30 minutes’ drive and many more
