The space
LV Premier Algarve- FU1 is a grand 6 bedroom/ 6 bathroom villa with a private (heated) pool and sea view. Enjoy the very mild winter of Algarve and come in for a restful vacation. Located 25 min away from Faro, it is easily accessible by train, air, and road. Several mature palm trees distinguish it from the surrounding properties. The garden has various shrubs and there is a fence for privacy. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard, with AC and Heating, BBQ, fireplace, and much more. This villa is ideal for family and friend reunions. The proximity of the town center (walking distance) is another plus, allowing you to try the local restaurants, and the fresh fish. While you can take the boat to go to the Ocean beach, there is a local beach that you can walk to. You can take our kayak out or the SUP and explore the multiple small sand inlets and enjoy privacy. A short car ride can bring you to the towns of Tavira and Olhao with a much wider choice of restaurants, activities and bars/clubs.
This area is integrated in the Natural Park of Ria Formosa, and it is a protected ecosystem with many hiking trails and vast green spaces to explore and discover much of its fauna and flora. A curiosity, Ria Formosa is home to one of the largest communities of seahorses in the world.
LV Premier Algarve – FU1 is also ideal option for Golf players. Within a short drive from Fuseta you can find several Golf courses, e.g Golfe Club de Tavira; Benamor Golf; Golf Quinta da Ria; Monte Rei Golf and many others.
The FU1 vacation rental villa features an open space living area with the kitchen in one end, the dining area in the middle and the sitting/ TV/ Fireplace area are in the other end. You can also use the table in the terrace for an open-air meal. We have a terrace on the first floor with pool views, and one additional terrace one level higher with ample views of the sea and the Ria protected area. All terraces have outdoor furniture and the top one is perfect for that glass of wine at the end of the day watching the sun setting in the distance.

There is a large master bedroom in the upper floor, with a large bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate shower enclosure. It also has a balcony with ocean views. There is one more bedroom with private bathroom and one normal bedroom, plus a social bathroom in the upper floor. Alll bedrooms in the ipper floor have balconies. In the main floor you will find 2 ensuite bedrooms and a bedroom. There is also a social bathroom with a shower enclosure. All together there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 social bathrooms. The ensuite bedroom in the ground floor is accessible and the bathroom has support bars in the wall and shower (we also installed a ramp to overcome the steps at the entrance of the house and the step to the pool terrace. The pool also has a ramp with supports allowing accessible access.
Our properties feature the luxurious LV Premier signature beds – inviting crisp linen/bed sheets, hypoallergenic duvet/comforters, and new mattresses. We also provide fluffy cotton bath and beach towels – sure to make you feel relaxed and invigorate your vacation. A baby cot/ portable crib and high chair is available if requested.
The kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped – with pots and pans, cutlery and china for 12. You will find a blender, coffee maker, oven, kettle, air fryer etc. available in this Villa, plus a kitchen island. The unit also has a large outdoor eating area near the BBQ. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, BBQ, etc.
The LV Premier Fuseta FU1 holiday rental has Heating and AC for your comfort. We have 4 bicycles for guest use, as well as a stand up paddle (SUP) and a kayak for responsible enjoyment. A variety of board games, as well as table football and a children's ping-pong table, plus darts etc are sure to keep everyone entertained.
