Guest access
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor spaces.
Safety Features: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher are all located on the property.
The house is equipped with a camera on the driveway leading into the house and one on the front door to monitor deliveries. There are no interior cameras, and no cameras near the hot tub or pool areas.
House Rules:
1. Swim at your own risk! Children should be monitored at all times, no diving, running or rough play in the pool.
2. Please no outside guests that are not a part of the booking.
3. No unauthorized parties or events
4. No smoking.
5. No pets.
6. No hunting, guns, or fireworks are allowed on the property.
7. Please keep indoor furniture inside the house and in the room that it is placed. Do not bring outside furniture in.
8. Please keep duvets and bedding in the bedrooms they are placed.
9. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING BESIDES TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILET - we are on a septic system and items like flushable wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. can cause huge damage to our system.
10. The Hot Tub is typically drained and filled between each guest, so if there was someone staying just before your party the water may take a couple hours to reach full temperature.
11. Please report damages immediately - it helps us solve issues fast!
