The space
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Guests enjoy the Historic Grant Park neighborhood so much they often don't go far! The Atlanta Beltline is within walking distance. A short ride takes you to most concert venues, The Benz, downtown, Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward (see Other details to note for destination distances!)

You'll have free reign all over the house: the front porch, which is an outdoor living/dining room, the kitchen, LR, DR, back deck, gardens, fire pit...it's all here for you!

Other things to note
If you're driving, please don't park at the top of the driveway. The drive leads downhill, where there are five parking spaces. Others who have cars parked there won't be able to leave if your car is blocking their way. They won't like that. LOL

ALSO, This is NOT an ADA-approved property. Entrance at the top of the drive, through the front door, requires one step. Entrance from the bottom of the drive, through the back door, requires mounting two stair landings.

Neighborhood highlights

Grant Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Atlanta, for good reason. Close to all downtown attractions, full of great restaurants, this is a historic district known for its beautiful architecture, walkability (on the Beltline, too) and friendly neighbors.
