Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen.
A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity.
Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

The space
The cozy 70 m² apartment consists of a living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower. The toilet is separate.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cable TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and hair dryer!
Garden can also be used: table, bench, trampoline

As you can see from the information, our apartment is close to the street and train apartment. Our guests have always reported that they slept well and didn't hear anything, as we added a special compression to the windows only recently. But every person is of course not equally sensitive to noise, so please take into account when booking that absolute tranquility is not guaranteed.
