A fisherman's house on the shores of Lake Geneva, comfortable, completely renovated and well equipped. Quiet, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, with two balconies with breathtaking views. A real cozy nest for couples and families looking for authenticity.

The space
On the ground floor, there is a cellar with a large bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. On the first floor, the living room with wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen and a first small balcony (especially for smokers). On the second floor, the master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the lake. At the back are a smaller bedroom and a toilet.

Guest access
You have access to all areas of the house described in the listing. THERE IS NO GARDEN. The gardens visible from the balcony belong to the neighbors.
For your information, there are 2 additional bedrooms under the roof, with our personal belongings, which will be locked for the duration of your stay. No one else will occupy the house, which is completely independent.

Other things to note
It's important to be mobile, as the house has a lot of steps and stairs. Children are very welcome, but the house is NOT safe for children, especially at the stairs. You must therefore be vigilant and/or place chairs etc. to block possible falls.
