Our three bedroom, two and 1/2 bath home is located in sunny Noe Valley. The house is on a hilltop between Noe Valley and the Castro, with souther views from Twin Peaks to the Bay. You'll be within easy walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants and bars on 24th Street, and Noe Valley has some of the sunniest weather in San Francisco.
The house is a fully renovated Craftsman. The living room, dining room, half bath and eat-in kitchen are on the first level. The living room has a gas fireplace and huge window seat great for lounging and reading your favorite book. The home entertainment system includes a high end stereo and wired speakers in the living room, kitchen and the deck, AppleTV, XBox360 and Playstation 3, and very fast Comcast WiFi.
The dining room has a cherry table that seats six, huge windows off the dining room offer views of Noe Valley to the south.
The kitchen has a 48" Subzero refrigerator, 48" 6 burner, double oven Wolf Range, Bosch dishwasher and two sinks with granite countertops and back splashes. The beautiful deck off the kitchen gives great views of Noe Valley, Twin Peaks, the bay, and backyard garden. There is a lower private deck at the garage level with views of the enormous backyard and outdoor garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, gas fireplace, French doors overlooking Noe Valley to the south, and a great bathroom with a glass shower with slate tiles and a jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a full size bed. These bedrooms share a full bath across the hall. The upstairs laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
On street parking is readily available without the need for a residential permit, and there are no parking meters.
You'll have access to the house, back yard and decks.

Arrival and departure times flexible - please check in with me if you need an early check-in (before 4PM) OR late check-out (after 12PM).
