Relax in comfort in this new guest house chosen for the Historic Garden Tour with antique furnishings located 5 minutes from downtown Staunton. This guest house is situated in a prestigious residential neighborhood. Sitting on your private porch, you will enjoy a garden setting.

The space
Boutique Air guest house is newly built and appointed with antiques and oil paintings with a kitchenette stocked with a continental breakfast for first day only. Wifi and cable access. Recent landscaping enhances the already existing beauty of the garden setting. The esthetics make the entire offering a unique experience accommodating a couple. I have a couple of rules which are that no one can sleep on the small sofa and please turn off lights and ac when not in cottage.

Guest access
In addition to the small private porch at the entrance of the cottage, guests will have access to a larger covered porch for outdoor dining connecting the main house to the guest house by a pergola. There are sitting areas in the back private garden and in the front main lawn for enjoying a cocktail or coffee while taking in the botanical setting.

Other things to note
There is a circular private driveway where guests can park, preferably either in front or back of my parked car.
