Dear May and family, thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it. I believed you mentioned in your letters and several phone calls that you had a great stay and enjoyed your vacation. I am very sorry that you didn't feel like this place was enough clean for you. I never had any cleaning issues before, but everyone is different, I understand. I did asked my cleaning service to do a deep cleaning after you requested.
To answer your questions: The t.p. is usually 1 roll in the each bathrooms, so there were 2 t.p. and there were extra in the patio outside, all you need to do is ask when you are out of it. The same about toilet flapper, you should contact me asap about this issuer, so I can address it in the time manner. The big box of cereal on top of the fridge that you sent me a picture of - was there because it couldn't fit inside the shelf, (I usually ask my cleaning stuff to keep things that other guests can use like cereals, salad dressings, spices, etc, and I have been appreciated for doing so, so guests don't need to buy little things like that). The patio is facing the street so in order to keep it clean it should be clean daily. There were no guests at the condo for a few days before your arrival, so the dust collected easily.
In my welcoming letter I ask all my guests to let me know if there is any problem to contact me asap, so I could provide help with it. You contacted me about all this a few days (Website hidden by Airbnb) was a shock to me to hear that my place wasn't clean enough.
As I mentioned before this is not a 5 start hotel but my home that I rent for big families for a very reasonable price so that they can save money and be together as a whole family with 2 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, large living area and lots of amenities on the site for my guests to use. So far all my guests had a great time and I hope to keep it this way!
