Bayside Beach Home is a family-friendly luxury retreat featuring stunning views of the lake & spacious accommodations to sleep 15. The cozy yet stylish home offers 52 feet of private sandy beach, a sprawling patio, outdoor Solo Stove, 36" Blackstone Griddle, & Traeger Smoker. Inside, enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, theater area with 75” TV, & an oversized, fully-stocked chef’s kitchen. The space
OUTSIDE
* There are very few properties on Clear Lake that have a full beach! You will enjoy the new huge paver patio that is beach level (completed in 2023)
* Solo Stove smokeless fire pit, Lily swimming pad, 2 paddle boards, corn hole bean bag toss, beach toys and games, life jackets, beach chairs, beach towels, kids kayak.
BEDROOMS
* All bedrooms have ceiling fans and blackout shades
1. King Primary Bedroom with attached bathroom - sleeps 2 (up 4 steps from second level)
2. King Bedroom - - sleeps 2 (main level)
3. Queen Bedroom - sleeps 2 (second level)
4. Bunk Room (double over double with optional twin trundle) - sleeps 5 (second level)
5. Daybed Room (twin with optional twin trundle) - sleeps 2 (second level)
6. Lower Level (double pull-out sleeper sofa) sleeps 2
BATHROOMS
* Three full bathrooms. Towels and hair-dryers provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
KITCHEN
* Dinnerware (dinner plates, salad plates, coffee cups, bowls, silverware)
* Acrylic glassware including wine glasses for use on the beach
* Full set of pots and pans, including oversized cast iron skillet
* Baking - measuring cups, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, etc.
* Appliances - Breville 4-slice toaster, BlendTec blender, electric citrus juicer, hand mixer, electric pancake griddle, electric Hayden tea kettle
* Coffee - Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine and Cuisinart 12-cup coffee maker with thermal carafe
* Reverse Osmosis drinking water faucet at fridge, chilled water button inside of fridge
* Extra fridge-freezer in garage
Guest access
**In the garage you will find two parking spots as well as a Tesla charger for your convenience. Off seasons guests--please note that one garage spot may be taking up with storing outdoor furniture etc. There are two additional parking spots in the driveway, as well as plenty of free parking along the street.
**There are two garage-door openers for your use during your stay (please remember to leave at the house). You can find these hanging in the garage.
**There is a loft with a ladder in the bunk room that is off-limit for guests.
**Two closets with the owners' personal belongings are locked.
**We dock-share with our neighbor. The small portion of the dock that juts out towards our property is for your use (tie your boat up, load and unload the boat, etc).

Bayside Beach Home is on the South Shore of Clear Lake in a quiet neighborhood. There are many places within walking distance!
- Walk to South Shore Sweet Spot (ice cream).
- Walk to PM Park Restaurant.
- Walk to the Tiki Bar.
- Walk to Clear Lake Boats for boat and jet ski rentals and lake swag.
A short drive away, you will find more restaurants, shopping, and attractions!
- Thursdays on Main. Thursday nights during the summer, come for live music, movie in the park, bounce houses, classic cars, vendor street market, and food trucks.
- Lady of the Lake. Take a cruise around the lake!
- Vintage Downtown Clear Lake (Cabin Coffee, Starboard Market, Larson's Mercantile, Lake Lifestyle, vintage Lake Theater)
- Oak Hills Public Golf Course
- City Park. Visit the playground, splash pad, Saturday morning yoga in the park, and check out the CL Chamber of Commerce website for live music.

Our family loves Clear Lake in the off-season almost as much as the summer! The lake is so peaceful and quiet. You will truly feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here are a few things our family enjoys…
- Harvest Festival, October (Main Avenue - family 5K, wine samplings, shopping, huge outdoor farmers market, vendors, homemade salsa contest, grape stomp competition, food trucks, live music)
- Christmas by the Lake Festival, December (horse-drawn carriage and Main Street Trolley rides, craft show, crowning of prince & princess, petting zoo and pony rides, chili cook-off, s'mores for kids, Christmas karaoke, special entertainment at the Arts Center, visit with Santa, matinee at the Lake Theatre, strolling Dickens characters, lighted parade, fireworks over the frozen lake, polar bear plunge, kids treasure hunt, holiday concert at The Surf.)
- Surf Ballroom Winter Dance Festival, February (a celebration of the lives and legacies of three rock 'n roll legends lost too soon - Buddy Holly, J.P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson, and Ritchie Valens. Rock and roll fans come to Clear Lake, Iowa from all over the US and world!)
- Color the Wind Kite Festival, February (huge inflatable kites of all kinds flown by serious kite-flyers from across the United States, choreographed musical events, food trucks - so much fun for the whole family! Dress warm!)
