The space
The Space:

This spacious ground-floor condo offers bright, open-concept living with the kitchen flowing into a comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, small conventional countertop oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals—please note there is no oven. The living area features a cozy sofa, coffee table, and smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Large sliding doors bring in natural light and lead to your private back patio, creating a relaxed, breezy vibe throughout. The patio has a table and chairs, 2 sun loungers. PLEASE NOTE - the hot tub is out of service

You’ll enjoy strong Wi-Fi throughout the unit and within the complex, as well as hot water and central air conditioning for added comfort. There’s also plenty of space to unpack and settle in, with generous storage throughout the condo.

Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A sliding glass door opens directly from the bedroom to the back patio.

Second Bedroom: Offers 2 queen-size beds, a wall-length closet, and a safe for your valuables. This room is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom in the hallway.

Laundry:
Guests have access to a private washer and dryer in the unit for convenience during longer stays.

Beach Gear:
To help make your beach days easy and enjoyable, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a wagon for guest use. We also leave behind pool floats that previous guests have left in good condition—you're welcome to use them, but please note we can’t guarantee their availability.

Starter Essentials:
We provide a small starter pack of supplies. This includes:

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Small bottle of laundry detergent
Kitchen dish soap and dishwasher pods
Trash bags
Bathroom hand soap
Hair dryers in both bathrooms

For longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies based on your needs.

Children:
Children are welcome, but please note the unit is not childproofed.

The private patio is not fenced in, there is seating and a BBQ grill. There are steps at the end of the patio leading down to the community pool and other shared amenities. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, so supervision is required at all times.

Guest access
This condo is located in a gated community with 24/7 security at the entrance. For this reason, guests may not arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, as security may not allow access before the official check-in time.

After booking, you’ll receive a digital welcome packet with all the condo details, including check-in instructions and amenity information. If the link doesn’t open directly, try copying and pasting it into a separate browser window.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, except for the locked owner’s closet located in the 2nd bedroom.
